Sofia Kenin and Iga Swiatek meet for the first time Saturday on the WTA Tour, and the stakes couldn't be higher. They'll duel at 9 a.m. ET in the 2020 French Open women's final from Roland Garros. Swiatek, the 19-year-old Polish phenom, has not dropped a set in Paris en route to her first Grand Slam final. Kenin, the 21-year-old American, has endured a far more difficult path, losing a set in four of her first five matches. But she has more experience at this level after capturing the Australian Open title this year.

William Hill pegs Swiatek as a -163 favorite (risk $163 to win $100) in the Kenin vs. Swiatek odds, with Kenin getting +130 (risk $100 to win $130) as the underdog. The over-under for total games played is 21.5, with Swiatek favored by 2.5 games. Before making any Kenin vs. Swiatek picks, see the 2020 French Open final predictions from elite tennis handicapper Gavin Mair.

Mair is the international expert who called unseeded Jelena Ostrapenko (80-1) winning the 2017 French Open, Bianca Andreescu (20-1) winning the 2019 U.S. Open, Naomi Osaka (32-1) winning the 2018 U.S. Open, plus many other prescient calls. At last year's French Open, Mair was all over 60-1 long shot Marketa Vondrousova and she made a stunning run to the final.

Now, Mair has broken down the latest Swiatek vs. Kenin odds from William Hill and released a pair of best bets. Head to SportsLine to see them.

Kenin vs. Swiatek preview

Mair knows Swiatek has played dominant tennis at Roland Garros, including a 6-1, 6-2 thrashing of top-seeded Simona Halep in the fourth round.

"Swiatek has been playing impressive tennis, showcasing creative shotmaking and a high level of variety that is rarely seen in the women's game," Mair said. "The Warsaw-born player has not even come close to dropping a set over the fortnight."

Kenin has had a much more difficult path to the final, but she has the edge in experience. And, Mair notes, should Swiatek feel the pressure of the moment, Kenin will surely capitalize.
